  •  A lot of work for lead partner organisation - especially when there were staff changes 
  • Keeping on top of tracking young people / their feedback as you go
  • Sharing data
  • Gathering data online with young people keeping partners to deadlines and gathering data
  • Worries that as this was a short-term piece of work gains could be quickly forgotten

  • The impact data and the evidence of impact on the ground not a surprise to youth workers - but surprised some of our partners, particularly schools
  • We do try to gather feedback from parents, but this showed how powerful that data can be
  • The report could have further reflected the challenges of delivering this work due to Covid restrictions
  • It was hard to capture longer term outcomes, like positive destinations - or outcomes that were making an impact but not yet fully achieved
  • The form wasn't user-friendly for some partners

  • It takes time to establish the partnership and build trust
  • Important to carefully agree processes for data sharing from the outset
  • Working collaboratively to target local need, which in turn has resulted in targeted local reporting, extended partnerships and further investment
