To create a secure, moral, encouraging, and friendly environment providing each child with personalized attention to overcome academic, personal, and achievement challenges.  Students will gain personal enrichment, career development, and interpersonal and academic skills that will be impactful inside and outside the classroom. 

As a future school counselor, I will establish a program that coincides with the American School Counselor Association’s standard for school counselors. The program focuses on the interests, needs, and concerns regarding student’s achievement, developing academic, interpersonal, and career skills to be lifelong stable, independent, and prosperous individuals.
