He managed to turn an individual sport into a group activity<br><br>5.&nbsp;<br><br>Referent power&nbsp;<br><br>6.&nbsp;<br><br>He managed to implfy the ¨trust the proccess¨ proccess,where everyone is on the same boat. He managed to be a leader without being a boss, he makes the teammates wrok extremly hard but shows them the reward which isn´t always winning but mastering your skills and abilities.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
