Hong Kong is a busy city and it is difficult too find places to relax in Hong Kong Island I think, but this shop is located on a hill and there are no cars in the street, which makes me feel like I have escaped from the hustle and bustle in the city.

What I also like about the place is that there is outdoor seating, and when it is not too hot I like to sit outside and watch people walk by.

The interior is very cool I think, modern, and minimalistic, but with local elements like Chinese cups and plates with nice patterns. the furniture is mainly old restored furniture, which make them exclusive, I think. Their Americano is among the best I have ever tasted. They also serve small meals, which are very good as well.

I used to live close to the place and back then I would go there every week to work, or to meet friends or colleagues. I don't live in that neighborhood, but if I have errands in HK Island I try to plan in a visit.

Also the service is good - the barista seems skilled, they speak English and the place is always nice and clean.

The place is colourful and mainly has outdoors seating. The owner calls it his home away from home, Portugal, and makes sure to take inspiration from his and the other staff’s lives, with Danish pastries, typical German rye breads and pastel de nata inspired cookies.

The staff is friendly, but make sure to give each customer enough space to enjoy the coffee on the chairs outside and people watch. Söderberg & Sara is located in St:Knut in Malmø. I really like this cafe because it’s atmosphere that is here calm and friendly. It’s a very clean space which helps me to study and focus when I am there! I normally don’t like the minimalistic interior but I do think they have succeeded in having a mix.

I was personally happily surprised when I visited this cafeteria the first time. The coffee was great as well as the staff.

There aren't so many seats which means that the place isn't as crowded as other cafeterias. This makes it a suitable place for conversations or doing school work if you manage to get a seat.

Big windows - Let's me enjoy watching the outdoors while being isolated from it and the noise.

Minimalistic furnitures - Makes me feel clean and calm

The baristas tools and equipment - Adds to the authority to the place and I can know for sure that I'm being served high quality products

High ceiling and "spacey" interior - Makes the cafeteria feel more open which helps with not feeling mentally exhausted after staying there for a longer time.

To be perfectly honest I have to say that I'm not a café type of person, and with that in mind I have to say that café Grannen still made an impression on me. It was a lovely place with really friendly staff. The interior looks like a cozy livingroom with all sorts of furniture and decorations, which I definetly prefer to something that feels very corporate and "planned". Their brunch looked amazing aswell, which is a huge plus+++
