Black sun hat - makes YW look like the grim reaper.

The hat makes her appear suspicious, it covers the top part of her face making you uncomfortable as you cannot see her facial expression and cannot predict anything. 
YW has now had her affair and her confidence is stronger. She will wear a dress to accentuate her femininity. It will be black to show her loss of purity. 

HUSBAND
Yellow cashmere suit - links to yellow 
carnations. Connotes wealth
Tie should be red to foreshadow murder but it should not be done properly, shows he is relaxed as he is in his living room
Double button - not done to show he is relaxed, and does not suspect his murder.
