Difficulty: Communication with client. This task was assigned to me a couple of days ago, but after multiple variation me and my PM figured out there is gap in our communication with the client and lead designer. In the task ticket assigned to me the task read : " We want an ear designed that shows our new EON service. Follow the styleguide attacked.". The misunderstanding came from the term ear, which we all interpreted wrong and at the end had to talk to the clients.
Takeaway: Clients very often will use their own terminology, misuse existing terms, and sometimes invent their own.

Difficulty: The problem was I couldn't find the files. This happens super ofter because we don't have a database dor photoshop  files, only Sketch. So in a situation like this I had to message every designer to search for the work files which were lost. This not only took me so much time but I couldn't do my task. 
Takeaway: If you haven't found files after an hour stop searching, they are probably lost.

Description: I had requested time off because I wanted to come to the UK. I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to see my classmates and friends. Because of Covid-19 I hadn't seen my classmates in 2 years. Not only that but I was also feeling extremely burned out. I was tired all the time and couldn't sleep well. Also because of my new position I knew I had start doing much harder tasks. Unfortunately because of the new travel rules I was unable to come to the UK because I hadn't gotten my second dose of the vaccine. I only had a certificate for recovery from covid.

The problem is the PM tells me the files should be in Abstract ( our file sharing software, however Abstract only holds Sketch files ). I ask the designers where to find the files they tell me to ask the PM who gave me the task. Thankfully I was friends with Rada, who is no longer in the Studio and she had the files.
