My name is Lucas, some of my favorite hobbies are playing basketball working out and drawing. Some of my favorite movies are the How to Train Your dragon series, I always loved them when I was little. Whenever I have the time I always love playing some games with my friends. When it comes to food I’ve always loved burgers and I’ve recently been learning how to make them myself. In my opinion the recently opened butchers kitchen it’s a fantastic steak house.

I eventually want to travel the entire world and my plan is to retire young. As for my future career I want to be a lawyer and I want to go to UF because my brother is going there right now for medical school and I would love to follow his footsteps.

Some things I am proud of are some of the drawing that I’ve made which have gotten into the winter show for this school, one of my other favorite accomplishments is when I was able to curl 170 pounds for the first time not so long ago. Hopefully soon I can dunk as I’ve been training for it for around 4 months now. I think one of my biggest weaknesses is my confidence as I can oftentimes find myself forgetting my own capabilities and holding myself back. On the other hand I think my creativity is one of my biggest strengths. I think that one of the most important things for me is to constantly improve as it never feels right to be okay with where I’m at in life, I’m always ready to take on new challenges in order to improve.

One of the things that made me feel the most like I’m on top of the world was the time that I dunked on a 9 foot rim for the first time a few weeks ago, it was exhilarating to finally get high enough to accomplish one of my first goals from basketball.

One of the cringiest thing I can think that I’ve done in recent time was that I had to present one of my school projects and I was very bad at writing at the time so I could barely read what I had written. It was super embarrassing to stumble through my poorly written story and the even more poorly spelled words.

One of my favorite assignments was when I had Mrs. Guerra, the assignment was to write a short horror story. I loved this assignment because I didn’t feel limited to a strict writing format like in essays and the fact the teacher forced me to change and rewrite helped me to create an amazing story. For these reasons writing a short story was my favorite creative assignment I’ve ever done.
