Non-Human resources are time, money, properties, goods, services and community facilities.
Some of our important human resources are knowledge, abilities, skills, interest, attitude, energy, etc. These resources help us to make better use of non human resources in the following ways :
● Knowledge - Knowledge is a human resource which can constantly be built up and utilized in every sphere of activities. Our knowledge about latest techniques of achieving goals with least expenditure of money, time and energy, help us to achieve our goals.
● Interest - Interest is also a human resource.For eg. interest in interior decoration becomes a wonderful resource to decorate the house with minimum expenditure.
● Abilities - Similarly, for saving money, we must use our abilities and skills.

1. If all the less fortunate members of society are able to avail financial, social, education, moral and healthwise support, then we have achieved our goal.
2. If all the 'poor' in the society can avail all the basic human necessities like access to clean water, adequately nutritious food, shelter and clothes to cover their bodies, then our goal is achieved.
3. If the poor and the rich have the same chances of succeeding and growing in life through education, jobs, etc. , then we have achieved our goal.
4. If resources are equitably distributed and the gap between the rich and the poor reduces, then we have achieved our goal.
5. When all children have access to fair and quality education, we have achieved our goal.
6. When quality healthcare is provided to all members of a society, regardless of their economic status, then we have achieved our goal.

What can we do about it?

1. Spread awareness about government schemes that allow people to avail resources.
2. Uplift the less fortunate members by providing them with job opportunities. 
3. Do not condone any forms of begging.
4. Schools should be encouraged to take in the students of the less fortunate and integrate them into society.
5. We must bridge the gap between the socially high and the socially low people.
6. If every well-settled individual is ready to undertake the financial responsibility  of one child, then we can assure that all children have access to a quality life.
7. Healthcare provisions should not be discriminated on the basis of economic status.

As a PM of a country like India,we would adopt the following measures in order to reduce the risk on inflation;
1.CREDIT CONTROL
wise usage of money kept in banks,increase in interest rates ,and other bank facilities can be adopted to reduce the risk in inflation.
2.REDUCTION OF UNWANTED EXPENDITURES
As citizens of the country they should take atmost care in reducing their budget and luxurious expenses during such a drastic situation.
3.COMMON BUDGET
implementing a common budget which includes every persons daily needs and requirements and also maintaining a saving for the individuals.
4.Awareness of the case should be made for a more faster reaction and support of the citizens to contribute to the cause.
