Archaebacteria: The oldest known form of some sort of life. They are also organisms that live in very harsh climates, and are also unicellular and prokaryotes. Examples of Archaebacteria: Thermophiles, Halophiles, and Methanogens.
Eubacteria: Organisms that contain nuclei, and are unicellular prokaryotes that are still simple but more advanced than other prokaryotes. They are all unicellular and prokaryotes. Examples of Eubacteria: Salmonella, Algae, and Coli.
Animals: Very advanced eukaryotic multicellular organisms. They are consumer/heterotrophs, and usually have genders for reproduction. Examples of Animals: Tiger, Rhino, and Whale.
Plants: Eukaryotes with cells that contain cell walls, and a green pigment known as chlorophyll that they use to make there own food through the process known as Photosynthesis. Examples of Plants: Daisy, Bamboo, Palm trees.
Protists: These are eukaryotic organisms that are unicellular most of the time. Some are more animal-like while others are plant-like. They all live in an aquatic environment. Examples of Protists: Amoeba, Protozoa, and Giardia.
Fungi: Eukaryote organisms that take the roll of decomposers in the life cycle. They absorb the nutrients of decaying organisms. Most fungi are multicellular. Examples of Fungi: Mushrooms, Yeast, and mold.
