Oculus quests are used for mainly running lighter apps which don’t require good hardware and aren’t heavy to run.
The Google cardboard is more for exploring and experiencing something such as being in a car. You can interact as much using this type of VR compared to the others.
Google cardboard oculus quests can be seen as cheaper as you don’t have to buy a pc in order to run these apps.
The oculus quest compared to the rift is that you can have more enjoyable content being able to play games and interact with other.
