My favorite food is raw salmon. It's a delicious dish from Japan. When I ate it, I felt the salmon melt like butter in my mouth. I eat raw salmon one to two times a month with my family. I eat it in the Sushi restaurant on the weekends. Salmon does not need to be cooked, just cut it up and eat it raw. Sometime I dip it in soy sauce. It's a special and yummy food to me. I like this dish too much!

In the past, people go to school by foot, but now people go to work and shool by bus, car and also bus. In the past, people wash their body at the river , but now people wash their body at home and at the bathroom. Today's topic about the difference between the past and today. In the past, the student went to school on foot or horse. But today, we can go to school by car or bus. When you miss an old friend, you can call him by phone or video call. However, you couldn't do that before. You could only send a letter to him through the post office. Electric light is a great invention which helps our life easier But many years ago, they used torch for lighting. I think today is much better and easier than the past.
