In the final, my classmates encountered an upperclassmen's team. When we knew we had to face their team, we were nervous a little bit. They were formidable opponents because their team was the champion of the previous season. The match was highly attractive, even for a person who is not so into basketball as me. This team scored and the other team would make it draw rapidly. Not only just the competitors were playing with their full energy, but the audiences were also chanting and shouting at the top of their lungs. We just went crazy with excitement. When the match was close to the end, my classmates' team was ahead with just a few points. They quickly changed into the defensive play because they were tired and realized they hardly had any more chance to throw the ball into the rivals' net. The match was extremely tense and in the 6th minute, Anh Duc received a superb pass from his comrade to score the only goal that sealed the final victory of Vietnam. This is probably the time when the emotions of millions of Vietnamese fans burst. For the rest of the time both teams tried their best but could not get the ball into the net. Back then at the time being, I was studying at school when the match started, my teacher ended the class soon so that we could enjoy the match to the fullest. The educators in my school even set up a big screen for everyone to watch. A lot of students stayed for the game until it finished. I wasn't so interested in it so I took me friend home to get the my after-school english class. During our way home, he told me to report his absence to the teacher as he wanted to watch the game (he is a sportaholic). First, I said ok but then I wondered why people were so hype about it and headed to class. And how coincident, our teacher were watching that match, too ! She told us to watch it and then started to study. Luckly, the moment I started to watch it was when Quang Hai shot one of the most beautiful goals in history which is still called " the rainbow in snow" and took the score back to the starting line. So amazed by the beauty of it, I shocked for a couple moment and then quickly turned insane with people around me as the atmosphere was heated up with a lot of energy. After that, we excitingly watched the rest of that match. 2 opponents chased the ball back and forrward so intent that we could feel the heat even we were miles away. And then when Uz scored the winning goal, for the first time in my life, I felt anticlimax about a sport game as the victorious expectaion had been so high since I witnessed the goal. It was a badminton match between the player of the Japan team and the player of the Indonesia team that was held in the court of Indonesia. The match had a lot of spectators coming to cheer for their team. Every time a player got a point, the drums and cheers resounded loudly. The match was very intense when 2 players continuously won points for themselves. Both sides attacked fiercely, included net shots, push shots, or smash. Looking at the movement of controlling the shuttlecock and the posture of receiving it to counterattack of the two players, spectators could see the skill of the two. The scores kept increasing. Everyone commented both teams were equally talented. But in the game, there must be a winner and a loser. Finally, the match also had a result when the Indonesia player scored consecutively in the last minutes. End the match with a score of 2-0 and the winner is the Indonesia team. Their fighting spirit was truly amazing and left a lot of emotions.

I watched this match by accident when my dad turned on the TV on the dinner and suddenly, the commentator's voice rang out "Lady and Gentleman, welcome to the US Open 2019 Final..." This tennis match was between Danii Medvedev and Rafael Nadal. It took place on Arthur Ashe Stadium, US. Although I'm not a big fan of tennis, this match made me feel very exhilarating and I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. From the opening set, Medvedev was impressive, creating a break a breakpoint on Nadal's opening service point. After leading by two sets and a break, Nadal found himself facing three break points in his opening service game of the deciding set. He saved all three, then edged back in front this time for good when a backhand winner punctuated a 28 ball rally on the breakpoint for 3-2. The tension persisted until the last ball, as Nadal saved a breakpoint in his final service game. After nearly five hours, Nadal defeated Medvedev and became the winner. I could barely breathe because of this extremely dramatic match. Doing sport is a exhilarating way to keep fit. Besides the physical benefits , It also brings the mental  benifits .It hepl  refresh the mind give us a sence of solidarity with comrades. So more and more sporting events are taking place all over the country. Today, I am going to talk about a sporting event that I have witnessed. It was a football match between Hanoi and HoChiMinh city. The match took place at My dinh stadium last Sunday. It was around 6:00 pm when the match began and there were lots of fans and supporters of both teams who came there to enjoy the match and to support their favourite team. I had to struggle to find a place with a good point of view among the crowd of spectators. Sometimes I was distracted by all the noise in the stadium but thankfully I didn't miss any important details. I must say that it was a very exciting match. At the beginning, both teams played very well and fairly. The players in each team were very cooperative. But at the end of the match, the asmosphere in the stadium was very strained when two teams drew 3-3. Finally, Hanoi won the match with a score of 4 to 3.
The tight competition, my support for my team and wish to win the game, the supporters' shouting, enthusiasm, the lively stadium and cheering made the game a very memorable for me. That's why I say it's an exciting  match. In short, it is wonderful for me to recall such an exciting moment

It was a volleyball match when I was in high school. My school has a tradition of holding a volleyball tournament every year. The boy's and girl's teams have separate tournament tables. Fortunately, both teams of my class went straight to the finals. The girls' team won second place because the opposing team was too strong. The boy's team in my class was facing a pretty strong opponent. They have players representing the whole school competing in the provincial league. We're worried about that. It was a bit unlucky for my class team that the key member of my class injured his leg when he fell off his motorbike on the way to the match. He had to go to the hospital for 3 stitches in his knee. But 30 minutes later he went back to school to continue the match. He said he didn't want to let his teammates fight without him. The match was extremely exciting and dramatic. My class team and the opposing team took turns scoring. This makes me even more nervous when I stand out in the stadium as a fan. The atmosphere at the stadium is always hot and everyone is extremely enthusiastic. When the match came to an end, our team scored the closing point. We won the championship in our last year at the high school. I believe that this match was a beautiful and unforgettable memory in my heart and my classmates.

I'm not a big football fan, but I do enjoy watching matches in which Vietnam plays. This year, Vietnam has left few imprints on football. However, it is not due to the passage of time that I have forgotten the 2018 match. Vietnam took part in a football tournament, which left an indelible impression on the hearts of football fans. Vietnam reached the final of the AFF Cup 2018 tournament, and the second leg of the final match was held in Hanoi. My Dinh Stadium hosted the second leg of the final. Vietnam won the AFF Cup for the second time. The match was played in Vietnam against Malaysia. Vietnam won the final second leg by a single goal. Anh Duc scored the game-winning goal, propelling Vietnam to the 2018 AFF Cup championship. In 2018, Vietnam continues to host a number of memorable tournaments. But even now I still get emotional when I think about it. When I'm on social media, I always see what football fans have to say about 2018, which has been a fantastic year for Vietnamese football. When I watch the match, I'm always nervous and anxious, and the moment Duc scored, my emotions were shattered. When the final whistle sounded, the Vietnamese team officially won and won the AFF Cup. Fans everywhere cheered happily, they poured into the street to congratulate the victory of the Vietnamese football team. Unforgettable Vietnamese football moments, I hope the Vietnamese football team continues to score goals and bring back championships for Vietnam.

A very exciting competition that I can remember is a football match I watched a few years back. It was a match between  team Vietnam and Thailand  . The match took place at  My Dinh stadium .Vietnam team dressed in red, while the Thai team wore blue. The referee signaled the game started. The game was exciting from the first minute. In the first half, our team did not score any goals. In the second half, just 10 minutes later, Cong Vinh scored his first goal for Vietnam team. The whole stadium was very loud. The air was very noisy in the field. After that, Thailand team scored the 1-1 equalizer. But just a few minutes later, Van Quyen team scored a goal to add more. First half really tough, aggressive. But by the end of the game, there was no more goals was scored. The referee whistled to finish the match. Vietnam team won 2-1. This football match was really exciting.

This ball made the Vietnamese team boost their morale and play resiliently in the next period. National team fans cheered in the stands despite the cold weather to cheer up the players. The Vietnamese team once again dragged the match into extra time. However, unfortunately for the redshirt team, at the time when it seemed that the two teams would have to settle for a penalty shootout full of luck, the substitute Andrey Sidorov on the Uzbekistan side scored the decisive goal right away. 119 minutes, helping the representative from Central Asia win the final 2-1. However, I really love to watch sports, especially archery competitions. Whenever I get a chance, I do not miss the events. Recently I became the witness of an unforgettable archery competition in Japan. This competition was held on July 23 - the opening day of Olympic Tokyo 2021 - when I was visiting a very close relative of mine in Tokyo on a long holiday. The Vietnamese sports delegation included archer Do Thi Anh Nguyet competing in the women's singles ranking round. This content has 64 archers participating. According to the draw result, Anh Nguyet ranked 40A. 1A place is the Italian archer, Chiara Rebagliati, while the last place 64A is the Korean star, San An. What attracted me in this competition first and foremost is the beauty of female archers participating. My heart was completely stolen when the Colombian archer, Giraldo, showed up. Giraldo didn't compete excellently, only ranked 50/64 female archers, she still grasped the attraction of the public because of her outstanding beauty. Giraldo scored 627 points, ranked 50, right behind Anh Nguyet with 628 points (ranked 49). At the end of the competition, I was entirely overwhelmed by the achievement of San An from Korea. She set a new record with a score 680/72 arrow shots. Astonishingly, San An had 36 times to score 10 points in 72 arrow shots, including 16 phases that hit the heart. Even though the Vietnamese archers did not bring home the victory, the competition still left a deep impression on me. Actually, I have never seen such competitions before my eyes. Witnessing it gave me a renewed appreciation of the natural world and its wonders. To be honest, I’m not a big fan of sport, but there was an occasion a few years ago when I watched a football match between U23 Vietnam and U23 Qatar.To talk about it in detail, this was an extremely thrilling match with lots of surprises. The match started at 3pm on January 23,2018. Two hours before the match kicked off, my friend called me and suggested going to a coffee shop to watch the match. Then we went to a nearby convenience store to buy some snacks before heading to the café.This coffee shop has a TV with a very big screen and the sound effects are also excellent. As you can imagine, everyone here was completely focused and excited from the beginning till the end of the match. The match, too, was thrilling from the first to the last minute. But there was one thing that made me a little bit unhappy. The referee seemed to be biased toward Qatar which was our opposing team. Anyway, the match came to an end with a tie of 2 – 2. Then the final result was determined by a penalty shootout. And Vietnam amazingly won the game with the final score of 4 – 3 in the penalty. It is the most interesting match I've ever watched.

A basketball match that I really like and remember forever was during the summer break of 11th grade. My  high school has a basketball club. Every year, the club holds a competition in the summer. All classes can establish a team or combine classes and participate.   That year's contest was held on the occasion of the club's 5th anniversary. Although my class's team only had 2 good basketball players, they managed  to make it to the semi-finals. Our opponent was a team of an upper class. They had the advantages of height, health and experiences. Againsting such a strong opponent, we were a little nervous, but they tried together. The first two innings, we were 10 points behind. In the 4th half we were only 1 point behind the opponent. The match was getting more  interesting than ever. Because of attacking a lot, my team was tired, one of them was slightly injured but everyone always played their best...the opposing team had a very handsome member. He wore thick glasses and was the shortest in the competition. But he was extremely agile and had the best playing technique. In the end, he gave his team the victory with a super-beautiful 3-pointer. I admired him so much and felt their victory was well deserved. even though we guessed the results, we were still a bit sad.... at the end of the competition, my class received a bronze medal. Because they had 2 medals left over, I asked for one as a souvenir. it's my only sports medal, it reminds me a good memory of my school days. It's been a long time since I've seen my friends play basketball, I really miss them.

When I was at my twelfth grade, in order to improve not only our physical strength but also our awareness of self-training to be more healthy, our school decided to hold a skipping rope competition and required all classes in school to join. The class which defeat all their enemy classes would clinch the competition and get lots of rating points. Our class fortunately had so many members, who are no slouch at playing these physical games, so we were quite confident and easily overwhelmed our competitors, got into the final. Of course our opponent in this decisive round was very strong too, both my class and our competitor played with full energy. Many students from other classes, even teachers came to watch, chanted and shouted enthusiastically, which made us feel more and more excited, our desire to win was extremely pushed up. Unluckily, when the time was over, my class's score was only 2 points lower than the opponent. Although our class didn't win, not only were we able to improve our physical strength, we also increased the unity of our class thanks to this competition. Beside that, the runner-up team were also given ranking points so we were not so disappointed. After many times of watching, I realize that the match of teenagers is actually attractive, however, I find it very entertaining during witnessing volleyball match of senior citizen. Annually, in my hometown, the Elderly Union spends 3 days to organize volleyball matches on 12 March at stadium near my house. The 2021 match impressed me alot with X3 team and X1 team. . Volleyball law is simple with the person who know this sport, like me, we need a court at first, then a ball, net, teams with six on each and referee. The object of the game is to hit the ball over the net and return it before it touches the ground, the player who hit out of the court won't get point. Because it is match of the old, it rarely has pounding but I'm fanatical about looking the prettiness of them. All missed shot made apectators burst into a laugh. The atmosphere wasn't stressful but hilarious. You know, I was the head of cheering squad hhh. I screamed so louldly that I got a cough that night. I recall the match between Vietnam and Thailand in the 30th SEA Games final, the Vietnamese women's team won the gold medal. The match took place on the evening of December 8, 2019 in the Philippines. Thailand is a team that is considered to be the rival of Vietnam. The two teams played very fiercely and the first 90 minutes both teams were unable to score. Both teams had to play extra time and Vietnam scored the goal thanks to player Hai Yen. The match ended with a score of 1-0, the Vietnamese women's team officially won the prestigious gold medal. That year's SEA Games was great as both the men's and women's soccer teams won the final. Although Vietnamese women's football has received little attention, the girls have always devoted themselves to winning valuable titles for the country's sport. I always hope there will be more people who love women's football like the love for the men's soccer team.

In addition, we needn’t come back home to do watch the match. Right there, projectors were used for observation. We were packed like sardines in a dark room over 600 people. The more winning goals of domestic team was scored, the more excited we were. And the scores drew 2, win or lose is determined by penalty. It’s extremely nerve-wracking that I don’t dare to breathe strongly. The match ended 4-3 in favor of Vietnam. The fans’s feelings were blissful. To be honest, I'm not the least bit interested in the sport. Rather than participating in sports, I love to watch them. I attend events whenever I get the opportunity, particularly Vietnamese football matches. The finest football match that I will never forget is the final of the AFC U23 championship between the Vietnamese national football team and Uzbekistan.  The match took place in the city of Changzhou, China on January 27th, 2018. I witnessed a historic football match of the Vietnamese national football team representing my country playing in Changzhou. Vietnam, though, is known to be a weak team compared to other countries, under the guidance of coach Park Hang Seo, the Vietnamese team showed their bravery by in turn winning the goals against each other. Finally, they qualified for the final of the AFC U23 Championship.  Back in the day, I was studying at school when the match began, my teacher finished the class soon so that we could enjoy the match to the utmost. In the final round,  the Vietnamese team was at a significant disadvantage in terms of climate when heavy snow didn't stop falling in. The team was defeated in the final minute of injury time, which make the fans regret it. However, everyone was still very happy and proud of U23 Vietnam. When the coach and player returned to Vietnam, thousands of people picked up the streets. The team were awarded the State's commendation medal. Up to this time, I always watch all the matches of the Vietnamese national team and I am so proud of our country.

However, i was crazy about watching classic football matches and the beginning of that is the 2011 Champion League final between MU and Barca. I remember that the final took place on 28 of May, and Barca played away at Wembley Stadium, London. In my opinion, it's the most exciting competition i have ever witnessed. In fact, MU was said to have a home advantage, but Barca got the first goal which Pedro scored in 27th minute. A few minute later, Rooney brought the game back to the starting line before half-time. The first half ended with a draw 1-1. You know, the more determined players were to win the Championship on the pitch, the more overenthusiastic supporters were, not only at the stadium but also through the TV screen, I was so mad for cheering . Then, the second half started, MU who became more thirsty for goals after being pierced by Messi and David Villa respectively with classy long-range shots. Unfortunately, the Red Devils couldn't even win the ball in the opponent's feet or deploy attacks over the middle line during the remaining moments of this final. The referee's whistle blew to close the final with a score of 3-1, the victory of the away team - Barca, and MU sadly became the underdog. If you ask me, I will say that every moment of that match made me feel excited and focused on it. Initially, I just wanted to stay at home and ejnoy the show to its fullest as usual but my whole class arranged to go to a coffee shop for watching it . And from there I had a memorable football match. We Vietnamese had been waiting for this cup almost 10 years so it was a big day and everybody was quite hopeful yet nervous before the match. However, our worry quickly went away because only 6 minutes after the kickoff, we took the lead with a beautiful goal . from Duy Manh. It was a powerful volley in the penalty area, which didn’t leave the goalkeeper any chance to catch it.The first half of the match ended with 1 nil goal . Although our rival’s manager made some substitutions , but no matter how hard their players tried to attack , they couldn’t beat our goalkeeper and the result remained unchanged for the rest of the match. It was an absolute blast . We had become the champion after 10 long years of waiting . Eventhough , this match took place many years ago, I still remember vividly like this was just yesterday.

I see, the guys in each team are very big and strong. You wear neat gym clothes. Each of your hands holds the rope firmly in the prepared position. The signal begins, both teams pull their friends to their side with all their strength. The people standing outside cheered and shouted, “Fighting! …Come on! …" very happy. The two teams kept pulling back and forth, but still couldn't decide whether to win or lose. The cheers grew louder. Then came the results. Little by little, my team managed to pull the team of grade 11 to our team. My classmates cheered the whole school yard.

It was a charity match – I think they were collecting funds for the local school – and it was very well attended. I think there must have been over 5,000 people there, which isn’t bad considering there aren’t any ‘star’ players. I only went because a friend of mine really wanted to go but didn’t want to watch it on his own, so in the end there were a small group of us. One of the other people we went with was going anyway because his brother was in one of the teams, so it made it a lot more fun to have a team to support, otherwise I wouldn’t have really minded either way who won. Although I did enjoy it, it hasn’t made me want to go back and see another game – it was good fun mostly because of the people I was with – we were only half focused on the game and spent the rest of the time just chatting or eating – we’d taken a picnic with us and it was a beautiful day! After the match, we met a lot of new people in the park – most people stayed for at least a few hours after the game just enjoying the sunshine.As I mentioned, I’m not that interested in sport, but I do watch some of the World Cup games when they are on television – it’s a lot more fun than just following a local or national team, and there’s a lot more going on in the crowd. When Germany won the world cup not too long ago, there was a small group of German people in my town that had a 24 hour party and invited everyone – it was such a good atmosphere!

The players enthusiastically took the ball and pushed the ball towards the opponent's goal, we watched with loud applause to encourage the players of our class. The result of the match brought joy to our class, our class' soccer team scored the goal with a score of 5-3. This is a positive result of the team's training in recent years.
