Treatment is often difficult because those who have it often deny there is a problem &amp; treatment success is dependent on the person telling the truth (Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy).<br><br></div><div><mark>Tinning was capable of standing trial: The murder trial of Marybeth Tinning opened on June 22, 1987. She was only charged with the death of Tami Lynne, as there was not enough evidence to charge her with the other deaths.
