this quote from the song tells you that no one can live your life as it is YOUR life.

guide me on my spiritual journey,

so i may grow closer to you and deepen my faith in you.

Grant me the strength to overcome challenges

and trust your divine plan.

I meditate on all your hands.

This passage shows us to meditate and get ourselves under spirituality to be calm with ourselves, that what I see during this passage.

"But the fruit of spirit is

love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness,self-control;

against such things there is no law."

I like this passage because it takes no law or rule to not be kind or loving. Our own being makes us give the act to others.

With meditation i find, could be practiced in many different ways; breathing and yoga, For example. to breathe better, to open up your chest. Being calm during these moments will make you a calm person, from practice. Praying for the good, the calm, the 'better; these practices make me feel better as a whole and connected with my beliefs and people.
