         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><strong>Happiness can be impacted by aspects of life we have control over.</strong> This helps people feel less stress.</p></li><li><p><strong>When you review your life skills and values</strong>, it teaches people to appreciate themselves more, and savor experiences.</p></li><li><p><strong>Some research has shown that DNA genetics can be the cause to a happier life</strong>. Such as having low levels of anxiety or being an extrovert. </p></li><li><p><strong>Having a livable salary or income</strong> can help a person feel more happy because of their low stress levels of survival or ability to pay bills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experiencing exciting things</strong>, can make a person happier than keeping things</p></li><li><p><strong>Having a connection with another person</strong>.
