Arafat Day... there are no words that can truly capture what I felt standing on that sacred mountain. My heart was so full, my eyes were filled with tears, and my soul felt closer to Allah than ever before.

In those moments, everything else faded away. It was just me, my duas, I've never experienced such pure vulnerability and connection — it was like my heart was laid bare before Allah, and He was listening to every whisper of my soul.

Hajj has changed something deep within me. I came seeking forgiveness, but I'm returning with so much more — sabr and shukr. I've learned what true patience means when standing with millions, and I've discovered gratitude in the smallest moments. These beautiful lessons are woven into my heart now, and I know they will guide me forever.

I want to give special thanks to the Bin Mahfooz team and all the organisers who made this journey possible. The ladies especially were so warm, welcoming, and caring. They treated us not just as pilgrims, but as family. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication made every moment special.

Alhamdulillah for everything. Alhamdulillah for this journey. Alhamdulillah for how it has transformed me.

There were moments during Hajj that I know I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Standing in Arafah, surrounded by manu people yet feeling completely alone with my Rabb, was a moment I will never forget. Time felt suspended, and my heart felt exposed, honest, and fully present.

One dua, in particular, touched my soul deeply: “Ya Muqallib Al Quloob, Sabbit Qalbi Ala Deenik” It flowed from my heart with a sincerity, though i knew the dua but never truly felt it in the heart until these days.

It acknowledges that hearts are fragile and constantly changing.

It reflects humility, recognizing that steadfastness comes only from Allah.

The Prophet (SAW) himself frequently made this dua, despite being the most guided of all, then I am indeed the most needful of this dua

Despite the physical exhaustion, these days were filled with an unexpected joy—joy in simplicity, joy in surrender, joy in knowing that Allah had invited me. I felt light, hopeful, and deeply grateful. little things mattered but the big luxuries of life felt so little, the smile of Ummi Noora on the entrance, the way Badriyyah was hyping up and making the space lively, Ustadhah Majeda’s and Ustadhah Azhaar’s (if that is her name I am sorry if I am wrong) guidance and heart wrenching words, Sister Zahra and Sister Fatima giving reminders and helping with their kind words, Sister Sulafa pateintly listening to my broken Hifdh 😛, the cleaners, the coffee shop baristas, the food helpers every body never showed signs of agony or irritation after doing so much work and always ready to help with the depths of their hearts. (Their love was contagious)

There was peace in the chaos, comfort in the struggle, and meaning in every step taken for Allah’s sake.

Hajj allowed me to feel emotions I didn’t even know my heart was capable of… humility, closeness, awe, and gratitude all at once. These were days where my heart truly lived, and I pray that the impact of Hajj remains within me for ever after the journey has ended, and grant Hajj Mabroor

What truly stayed with me was the consistency of care. Returning from Makkah at 4 a.m. to find food and refreshments ready, the thoughtful gifts, daily-use items, motivational gatherings, and even the Jamarat pebbles, every detail showed how much heart went into serving the hujjaaj.

In moments of exhaustion, entering a clean and peaceful space was a blessing. Laila and Yousra were always present with smiles, energy, and genuine compassion- please convey my heartfelt appreciation to them. May Allah reward the entire housekeeping team abundantly.

Majida Aunty, I love you for the sake of Allah. In just a few days, you gave me something far beyond the rituals of Hajj. Your words have stayed with me deeply and will continue to guide me.

The salah with beautiful qirah, the Quran sessions, Dr. Azhaar’s impactful session on correct namaz, and Mufti Umar’s clarity on the arkaan of Hajj all of it enriched this journey immensely. And the dua in Arafah… a moment my heart will never forget.

Special thanks to Mr. Samad for his constant updates that kept everything clear and reassuring.

Fatma Aunty, your warmth and Hyderabadi touch made me feel at home. Mashair, your cappuccino was such a comfort. Ayah, thank you for the sweets. Coach Badriah, the camp location near Jamarat was truly a huge blessing. The laundry arrangements were so well managed and comforting. And Khulood you truly reflect the spirit of Bin Mehfooz.

I realize this has become a long message, there is honestly so much more I could say, but I’ll limit myself here. This Hajj does not feel like an ending, but the beginning of something within me.

I will wholeheartedly recommend Bin Mehfooz to others, and if Allah wills, I would choose to come again with you.

May Allah accept all your efforts and place immense barakah in your service to His guests.

What stood out the most was the sincere guidance and support at every step — whether during Tawaf, Sa’i, Mina, Arafat, or Muzdalifah. The scholars and guides explained each ritual with patience, clarity, and care, helping us perform our Hajj with confidence and peace of mind.

Despite the challenges that naturally come with Hajj, the excellent management, coordination, and constant assistance made the journey much easier and more memorable. It was truly a spiritually enriching experience that strengthened our faith and left us with lifelong memories.

pilgrims. I felt like home they provide good food accommodation and everything you need for healthy life. not tiring at all

The experience was unforgettable.the team was co operative and the staff was very helpful..

The travel arrangement of mina, muzdaliffah and Arafat were well organized..

What made the experience even more special was the spiritual guidance and reminders given at every step, which made us perform hajj with peace of mind and better understanding..

The bathrooms were clean all the time with staff present to accommodate if needed ..

The happiness team entertained us with VRs of history of the holy mosque of Madinah which made us deeply emotional

Praying , saying duas , eating and spending our hajj time and eid together made it truly special
