         <description><![CDATA[<div>*Under "Evidence of Impact", the use of the term "LRE" seems to apply &gt;80% in gen ed rather than using a increasing variety of strategies across one's caseload. &nbsp;<br><br>*The LRE in the IEP should always be followed &amp; be in the "Emerging" column &nbsp;<br><br>*Seems to prioritize "&gt;80% in gen ed" as the ideal rather than the LRE for individual students<br><br>Under Proficient/Evidence of Impact The statement that students are served primarily in the LRE and are not missing other instruction to address OT/PT needs. We feel that this is not always best practice to achieve OT/PT goals.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
