*The LRE in the IEP should always be followed & be in the "Emerging" column  

*Seems to prioritize ">80% in gen ed" as the ideal rather than the LRE for individual students

Under Proficient/Evidence of Impact The statement that students are served primarily in the LRE and are not missing other instruction to address OT/PT needs.
