We came up with several solutions such as a subscription plan that would reduce overall costs in an year to any member who signs up. We talked a total of 5 people, all of whom reacted positively to the prototype. However, they did not really give us feedback on what we could have improved. This may have happened because it was somewhat difficult to explain the concept and what exactly we were trying to address. These individuals aren’t familiar with the neighborhood of Temple Hills and they don’t have much background information on the situation. I’m hoping that today, when we talk to the actual residents and consumers around the Mona Center, we will get more feedback. These individuals have a first hand account of what services need to be made more available.
