         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some things are depressing but it doesn't mean they are less important - people overwhelmed by everyday problems may feel thay thay have no time and energy for another SAD conclusion.<br><br>On the other hand, some things have dangerous POTENTIAL - much depends on our approach and awareness and responsibility. Just because dynamite may kill people, doesn't mean it shall not be used in the mine - same with some media features or medicines. We don't wan't to scare, but we need to take into account possible negative effects.</div>]]></description>
