The most recent challenge came before the court is challenging the protection of the first amendment of the free exercise of religion.
Former Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran says he lost his job because he shared his Christian beliefs in a self-help book. He said that it is his freedom to share his religion anywhere according to the first amendment to the Constitution of the United States and no one can stop him from practicing his freedom. They fired him from his job, but he and his lawyer see that this is a right that should be protected. He said it is important to have the freedom of religion protected because nobody can choose between his beliefs and his job.
A lot of people see that the freedom of religion should be protected everywhere even in the work place as it is one of the main rights of human beings and protected by the first amendment, others see that it shouldn't be protected in work places because it can cause some problems among the people at the same work with different religion

#freedom_of_religion
#workers_rights

The 1st amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America protects the people from being imprisoned for saying anything against their government or other people, but this right is protected to a certain limit that will not cause anything harmful to other people. This right is so important because it gives the right to the people of the United States to criticize their government to a certain limit without being punished for doing so.

"Who are the white nationalists and Anti-fa: Part 1"

source: ABC news, September 13, 2017. 12:34 pm
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ThtCIKL7qo&t=259s

A few weeks ago in Charlottesville town, Virginia, a great incident happened that led a lot of Americans to ask really about the meaning of freedom of speech. A group of white supremest marched towards the University of Virginia protesting about the decision of the University to remove the statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee. When the white nationalists arrived they found another group of protestors supporting the decision of the University. Both of the groups clashed together resulting in the death of one person and several injuries. What happened in Charlottesville make us think about the meaning of freedom of speech. One of the groups had a permit to protest but the other group didn't have one, but does that mean that the other group of protesters didn't have the right to express their ideas. I think that both groups had the right to protest, but what they didn't notice that their protest at the same place caused problems to other people, which is the limit of freedom of speech and that is why the problem happened.

#Charlottesville_Virginia

#No_For_Racism

1st Amendment(1791)- Freedom of the Press.

The freedom of the press is a right that is guaranteed to every American under the 1st amendment of the Constitution of the United States. The freedom of the press means that the Congress shall not pass any law that restricts the freedom of the people to write any book or article that criticizes the government and its actions and also protects them from being punished for writing something against the government and this right is so important because it makes the citizens of the United States able to correct their government when it needs help. But every right has some restrictions and mainly for war purposes.

"Media's failure on Iraq still stings"
source: CNN news, September 19, 2017. 9:45 pm
http://www.cnn.com/2013/03/11/opinion/kurtz-iraq-media-failure/index.html
It was discovered in the last few years the the American media misled the American public when they published misleading information about Iraq and their nuclear weapons. The American media said that Iraq had nuclear weapons, which led America to declare war against Iraq and when they were asked after the war they said that they weren't sure. This incident can lead some people to ask if the American government forced the journalists to write these wrong information so It can declare the war on Iraq with the people's approval or we can think of it as a violation of the freedom of the press and maybe the American government didn't approve of releasing the true information about the war in Iraq to protect the troops. Nobody will know how many times did the American government violated the freedom of the press to protect its army and troops.

#Iraq_war
#God_save_America

The first and the most important rule is to have a peaceful assembly without any violence. If they assembly turned into a violence assembly, the government has the right to separate the people and end their assembly.
After the inauguration of the American president Donald J. Trump, many of his opposers went to the streets and burned tires and Trump's pictures. The police saw this assembly as a violence assembly and should be ended so they used power to separate the protesters. The protesters said everywhere that the government violated their freedom of assembly but they forgot that the government only protects peaceful assembly and their protest wasn't peaceful. The police did their job which is protecting other people's freedom that was threatened by the violence of the protesters.

#peaceful_assembly
#Be_Respectful

The freedom of petition is a right that is guaranteed to every American under the 1st amendment of the Constitution of the United States. The freedom of petition means that the people of America can make a complain regarding the American government without the fear to be punished or imprisoned. This right is so important to the American system of governments of checks and balances, but there is more than the the three branches to check each others work. There is the people to check how the different branches did their work and when the people see a mistake they ask the other to branches to investigate the issue, so the government could have a better system of checks and balances.

"Was Donald Trump Jr.'s Russia Meeting Illegal?
