I found the movie quite reflective when I connected it with leadership and how a team plays a vital role.

Here are the things that I learnt from this movie :
-You don't need the experience ,the necessary thing is courage
-Make your own path , to be first to be real
-Don't think small , make small
-Dream is something that doesn't let you sleep
-Pray to the power , not the picture
-A strong opposition always pushes us harder

And being solution oriented is the most important thing , we just think so much ahead that we forget about today

1. Striving for Excellence- Not waiting for NASA or Russia , but taking the initiative to be the first
2. Demonstrating Integrity- Being extremely transparent and communicating. Like Akshay Kumar believed in the talent of his new team.
3. Acting Sustainably- Using plastic and sustainable resources, to reduce cost and wastage.
4. Enjoying participation- Once the people connected their WHY to the mission, they were totally engrossed into the mission.
5. Activating Leadership- The team got the best out of Vidya Balan, when she actually put efforts to bring the team together.
6.
