Received a lot of positive comments on the videos and the overall feeling of the event - from people who had been involved with Wings for a long time and who were new, also. That seemed nice.

It would be great if the entire team were included earlier in the planning process and had opportunities to take part in planning, not just implementation.

The bigger plan for Champions was not communicated with the whole team. I would have liked to have understood how the program changed from the original feedback group and also what our broader goals are related to # of people taking the series and marketing it.

I really feel we missed an opportunity to celebrate the work of the facilitators. I would have love to see a facilitator speak and maybe do an award or some other recognition. I think more facilitators would have attended if they knew that this was one of the purposes of the event.

More Planning, Lead Time, and Context. Why are we doing (X) event, What is the Goal, etc.

Less all consuming. Acknowledge the trade offs of what time on events "costs" us.

I didn’t have the opportunity to give input on this, which made it difficult to feel fully connected to the process. Collaborative input, especially during organization-wide initiatives is really valuable for generating ideas, aligning goals, and identifying opportunities. The lack of collaboration in this case has been challenging and has at times left me feeling out of the loop.

I would really like the programs team participate more in the planning of CSASAM, that way we can engage more with members and facilitators! Of course, this is also a question of capacity
