Speech: chief Powhatan demands that if he shall get the present then capt. Newport shall come to him, not chief Powhatan going to capt. Newport because he is a king and does not want to lose his spot being king and end up being a prince.

Actions: chief Powhatan does not want to kneel down so capt. Newport keeps constantly kneeling down to try and get chief Powhatan to do the same. but instead capt. Newport had to order two of his men get on each shoulder and pull him down in order to be able to put the crown on chief Powhatan's head.
