         <title>Battle of Iwo Jima</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This is what officially started WWll. Hitler had already conquered Austria, the Sudetenland, and Czechoslovakia and his next target was Poland. This is when he violated the Nazi-Soviet Pact. Hitler planned a surprise attack against Poland. HIs message to his soldiers prior to attacking was that their goal was to destroy the enemy. Anyone of Poland descent was to be killed (men, women, and children) without pity. Hitler wanted to make it look as though the Poles had provoked the whole battle. Germany ended up conquering Poland.</p>]]></description>

It had five navel divisions and they all essentially stormed the beach.
