I personally did not like this book. I would not recommend this book to others. It was hard to keep reading it. It didn't really pull me in close to the book. It was tiring to pick up and keep reading it. It dragged on throughout the story and didn't really have any shocking parts to it. I feel like it could have had more of a shocker effect. In the movie it does draw you into it and it is very intense. But, in the book it was not doing a good job at drawing a picture in my mind on what it happening. To restate, this book is not a book I enjoyed and I would not recommend this book to others.

While there were some boring parts, a lot of the book was action packed and very interesting. My favorite types of books are books with some action and this one definitely fits that category. There is tons of gruesome action that keeps you wanting to read more. I would recommend this book to others because it is not only action packed, but it gives information about dinosaurs from the past that are now extinct. Also, it is interesting to read a story that could depict what it would be like if we were someday able to clone dinosaurs and do the same thing. Finally, the book is suspenseful. Not knowing what will happen to the park or characters next really made me want to read more. The climax made you want to keep on reading the story to find out what the outcome of the story might be and what the characters would do in there situation. I would recommend this book to anybody who enjoys suspenseful stories, and anybody who enjoyed the movie.
