i am on the pro side and i think one of the arguments the opposite team will make is “how having the death penalty is bad because sometimes people are found innocent after facing the death penalty”

I think the pro side will use justice as a reason to argue for the death penalty, like saying it'll bring a victim's family peace to see their aggressor on death row.
