• This video have been made with landscape position by using a cannon camera to get a wide and clear view. This video also have been made in the morning to get a good lighting to make our product look more colourful and looks appetizing. Futhermore to get a more nice outcome we use a basket with tablecloth to make it more aesthetic. Lastly for editing we use a transition and we edit with an app editor for our last touch on the video.

For marketing we also use a whatsapp platform to get more customer.

Besides that, she is performed as sales manager in this group project and doing her task well whereby She is making and editing the video by her own for the purpose of promoting our product. By doing this, it can help our group to promote the product by filming a creative video and posting to the social media so that can attract more people get to know our product and purchase it.

   We provide a reasonable and affordable price to our customers. We also provide two kinds of flavor so our customers can choose which flavor they want. Our group also provide COD for customers that can't pick up their order.

   Our customer can reached us through the Instagram and WhatsApp. Most of the time, WhatsApp work the best as it was the most easiest way to contact with us.

4. Customer Relationships

   We provide an online customer care to our customers where we answer all the customer questions by giving more information about our product. We also try our best to help our customers for their order delivery so they know where to meet us and take their order.

5. Key Partners

   We choose Saloma Binti Sabrani as our business partner. She provide us the stock every time we need it. We choose her as our partner is because she is easy to reach as she is our group member, Awangku Amirruddin's mother.

6. Key Activities

   In our business, we focus more on promoting our product and doing some delivery for our customers. We also managing our stock well in order to keep it in good state.

7. Key Resources

   Product suppliers is our business main resource as we need to have stock so we can sell the product to our customers. Other than that, distribution channels also important for our business as it was one of the way for us to promote our product to everyone in UNIMAS.

8. Cost Structure

   We spend a lot in our product as we pay money to our supplier in order to get the stock from her. We usually spend between RM100 to RM120 to restock.

9. Revenue Streams

   We provide payment method such as cash and online transfer for our customers. Most of our customers prefer using online transfer to pay. We also providing COD to generate more income for our business by charging RM0.50 for the COD.

Our business is considered a general partnership because it involves six members who equally share profits and contribute to startup costs. All of our members have an equal say in business decisions, and profits pass through to individual members for taxation.

Our product Lidah Crispy solves this problem with our lightweight and tasty snack. It is easy to bring anywhere and the price is affordable. The snack is filling; perfect for busy students who seek a small snack that keeps them energized throughout the day.

Lidah Crispy is an online business offering snack which is kuih lidah buaya or also known as tongue chip. Kuih lidah buaya is a boutique bakery specializing in handcrafted aloe vera leaf-shaped kuih. Our kuih are made from coconut milk, and pandan-infused rice flour. Each piece is a delightful blend of textures—soft, chewy, and slightly translucent.

We choose kuih lidah buaya because we saw market opportunity for our product where there is rising demand for traditional snacks.
