         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the 1800s all humans had the right and the accessability to learn, but people of color learned less due to them having prejudice views forced upon them. They did make the Jim crow laws and that helped make it more equal but it still  wasn't actually equal because the civil war was going on at the time.
