         <description><![CDATA[<div>Squeeze the warm potatoes through the press, let them cool down.  Add the eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix with flour and knead quickly. <br><br></div><div>Grease a big baking tin with butter , sprinkle breadcrumbs. Spread the dough on the tin in an even layer, smear some oil on the top thinly.<br><br></div><div>Prepare the topping: wash the mushrooms, drain them off, then chop them and fry in oil.<br>Add tomato concentrate and sliced sausages, mix thoroughly.<br><br></div><div>Put the topping on the pizza dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and butter shavings. <br>Finally top with mild pepper and oregano. <br><br></div><div>Put the pizza into the oven preheated to 180 C and bake for 30 minutes<br>.Serve hot. (4 servings) <br><br></div><div>Enjoy your meal!</div>]]></description>
