It seems to me that, this picture tell women work harder than men for achieve anything. Because results are same but women have more a lot of problems. Even though men don't struggle so much they can take good achievements. However it isn't like that when in women. They have chores. Such as washing clothes and dishes dusting. Because of this, achievement is more hard for women. However if you ask me it isn't true and must change.

I think this photo tell us women have more responsibilities than men. These responsibilities are housework. Women shouldn't do all the housework. This isn't true but people still do this. Is there a solution to this? Yes, there is. This problem is solved if men and women do their housework helping each other. It is very easy and important. Women and men are equal. 😊

I think this picture shows that men and women are not equal. Because in most houses, men do little chores or don't do any chores, and women have to do them. Also, I think we can deduce this from this photo: working women don't work only at work also they work at home and have more responsibilities.

I think the running track represents people's lives. As you can see in the picture, women have some difficulties in their lives but men don't. This picture is trying to show us that women's lives are harder than men's. I think this is a wrong thought because men do more and harder things than women in life, but they don't express how much their lives are hard and tiring most of the time because men are emotionally stronger than women. Therefore people think that men's lives are not hard. (I'm not saying that women don't do anything in life, I'm just saying that men's lives are usually harder than women's lives.)

I think this illustration describe the difficulties women life at work. In business life, women are given jobs that are not actually their own responsibilities but are expected to do. But such things are not expected from men. Women are subjected to mobbing in their workplaces and homes. Because housework is seen as women's work but this is very wrong. That's why men go easy when women struggle.

In life, women and men don't have same hassles.Over the centuries women experienced more difficulties than men had. Especially at business life. As we can see in this photo women's life are harder than men's life in everywhere. Actually if you ask me this problem, for hundreds of years men and women are never don't have equal responsibility but it must change. Back to the photo, men can run easily but women have to do works so the difficulties. At the end of the race men are the winner so people always say men are more strong, fast and successful but they don't see women's difficulties so they say like that. In a real life we can usually hear from a man 'I work hard today I am so tired, I can't help you' but a businnes woman never say this words she should cook, clean her house, take care of maybe kids and husband. At the end of the day, let people say men won, the real winners are the always women...

I think this picture tell us women and men are not on the same terms. Women have more responsibilities than men. They do housework( for example they wash dishes, ironing, do laundry...). But men just go to work. In this case men are luckier than women.I think this is so wrong. They should be aqual. Men should help women. They should do it together. These is my thoughts.

I think this picture show us women have more responsibilities than men and their lifes harder than men.Through life,we see women's lifes are so difficult because they work a lot everywhere.Usually men don't do houseworks,they only go workplaces and they come house, then they sleep or eat meals but women aren't like that.When they come house they do houseworks for example washing up,sweep the floor...So women are perfect and we need them all our lives.That's why men run faster than women in the photo and there is no obstacle for them.

I think this photo shows us life is a race and this race has so many challenges. Both men and women have to struggle in their lives. But women have more responsibilities especially as a wife and a mother than men. People always have more expectations from them. They think that all housework is women's duties. And that should be the only goal in their life. Men don't have to do all this things. Does the end of an unequal race be fair? Or does someone who doesn't work hard enough deserve appreciation?

Some old-fashioned people also impose limitations on women's participation in working life. Some ideas such as “Women should stay at home, women should look after children, women should serve their husbands and families, women should not work in every job” prevent women from participating in business life and discourage those who have a desire. It shows that for women to participate in business life, they need to share responsibilities such as housework and childcare with their spouses. However, this is not possible because men generally avoid housework.

I think woman more responsible than man beacuse women have more stuff in front of them but I could be wrong.

In this photo, working men and women compete on a track. Although their destination is the same, there are many obstacles in the way of women. If these obstacles are defined as housework, we can define the track as life. We must help and support women to finish this track with ease. That's the message most people would get out of the photo, but how many of us are actually helping and supporting them? Do we say to our mothers and wives "You are tired. Let me do it" or at least ask how their day was? Things don't work out when you just say we love you. We should work for them as much as they work for us. We owe them, we can't repay what they do for us.

I think this photo shows that men and women are not equal. Because women do more work than men and they get tired. But this is wrong. Because everyone should be equal. Doing housework and taking care of children is not just a woman's job. Women's should meet with friends, go out and have fun or relax at home.

I think this picture shows that the path that women and men take to achieve success is not the same. The path followed by women is much more challenging and full of obstacles. Many of these obstacles are not in the path of men, but women still achieve the same success as men. Doing housework for which they are not responsible causes difficulties for women. I think this photo compares the role of men and women in general life. In the photo, the woman is shown as doing the housework. (washing, ironing, vacuuming, cooking, etc.) She does all the housework, so her chances of winning the race are getting harder and harder. If men help women, they can compete on equal terms, but the man prefers to run without looking back. What women want is a little help and responsibility, that's all.

A lot of people on here are commenting about the same topic over and over again. So, I wanted to look at the picture in a different way. I think this picture is trying to tell us that people who are different than the majority have trouble in their (work) lives and have to work harder to gain success. As you can see, all people on the left have different hairstyles and clothes while people on the right look exactly the same. I think people on the right are a minority. The minority's difference than the others might be their political views :), beliefs, talents, race, life goals and many more. People on the left look at the people on right for help, but they are ignorant about the situation. They do not care. If someone doesn't think the same way as they do, they are "devils" in the majoritys eyes. Why would they bother to help, right?

There is competition in business as in life but this competition is not so fair. If you want to go forward in your business life, you have to work and make an effort. The responsibilities you have in your non-work life are starting to limit you. That is , if you have a lot of work to do of your non-work life, it becomes very difficult for you to move forward in your business life. Especially women have a lot of of responsibility in their non-work life. Each person has many responsibilities in their own life, but in a family there are things that everyone needs to be done . These jobs are usually endless and often become the woman's duty. If a woman has a job, she has to think about her responsibilities. Her performance in business life is affected by this. Start a few steps back.

Shortly picture is showins us today's world's gender inequality. But if we need to look deeply. İn this "modern" world people is not just equal. Most of them are same too. They don't have any specific ability or sides that seperate them from the rest of the world. But some people are diffrent. I think this is because of their responsibility or maybe they found a purpose in this boring and routine life.but let's get back to people who have responsibilities. They are not responsible just for themselves. Maybe they are responsible for their friends, siblings, parents, or just for their children and wife. They may be common in many ways but for me only one thing is the same. They are responsible for other people. Maybe because of this we can say the thing make them diffrent is their responsibilities.

This picture tell us the accepted mistakes in real life. The chores aren't completely belong to women. Do the dishes, do laundry, hang out the laundry, do the dusting and things like that are everyone's responsibility. We may not be good at some but it doesn't mean we can't help. So far as one can we must share housworks. And we have to avert this obstacle the women.

In my opinion, this picture show us how women have more responsibilities than men. And I think, women are looking for help, from men. But I don't think this should be like this, when there is something for a human to do, 2 genders are going to do it no matter what. So the sentence "Men should help women with the housework." is not okay.

I think this photo tells us that women have to make a lot of effort to achive something in life while men get what they want easily to reach a certain place. I think men and women should share all the work including the household chores. This must be rule or the law of every happy relationship between men and women. They have the same rights so why should women always do all the work by themselves? It is just not fair. I also think that every gentlemen should be willing to do the works that every women do every single day. I mean look at our houses. If our mothers are ill, then our house will be a mess. So while women are dealing with all these stuff men should help them to reduce their stress. In this way women feel themselves happier and less stressful in a bussiness life where men start with zero obstacle. Don't you think so?

 We have been living in a patriarchal world for centuries and unfortunately, this photo is just one of thousands of inequalities.
  Of course, women have the right to work but society says women should do all the housework and men who do not take responsibility also support this view of society.Since women are held responsible for all housework, women have more difficulties in business life than men.Because all this housework makes women tired and prevents them from focusing on business life.In fact, some women can't even work just because of these housework and the most ironic part is that, there is no country in the world where women and men receive equal salaries despite all the difficulties.Anyway, I'm not even going to talk about it right now.
 The most important point is that not only a mother but also a father is responsible for a family and housework or the man is equally responsible for the housework of a married couple.Saying "I can't do housework" is an absolutely unacceptable excuse.No woman was born knowing how to do housework from birth.They learned it at some point in their lives.Which is pretty normal because doing housework is a basic skill like brushing teeth or taking a bath. It is absurd to expect your wife to do all the housework, as it is to ask your wife to brush your teeth.Basically,everyone should learn to do housework at some point in their life.Because you can't do such simple things and you need someone else to do these things,in short, you can't even take care of yourself.I find such people so pathetic also I feel sorry for their wives and mothers.
 In short, if everyone learned to take responsibility, we wouldn't have to deal with such simple and ridiculous problems in the 21st century.Wish to one day we can have a world where everyone lives on equal terms.

This picture shows women are not equal to men in business. According to society, women should not be in business because they have other responsibilities. These responsibilities are household chores; cleaning the house, ironing, doing laundry, etc. People think that women should do the housework. That's not true. If you look carefully at the picture, you can see women are looking at men. I think women want help from men. If men help, women and men can become equal. Women can be in a better position if society pressures decrease. But unfortunately, women are despised not only in business. Women are despised for doing most things. For example, in business, in clothing, in social life, in their speech, behavior ...

Women do both housework and business life at the same time.But some man help with house works.Don't you think this would make things easier?.Thats very easy.But not only men, it can help children, this is very good for children .In my opinions its very importend.
