    *Mix together 4 cups whole wheat flour, 4 eggs, and ½ cup warm milk with 2 tablespoon mixed into it. Knead for 10 minutes then wrap and let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature. Knead until smooth then let sit for another 20 minutes. Cut dough into six portions and put through a meat grinder.
