Measurement of Actual Performance:<br>3. Comparison of Actual Performance with Standards:<br>- Reveals how much performance has deviated from standards&nbsp;<br>-Helps find out the extent of deviation<br>4.Analyzing Deviations<br>Deviations - action of departing from accepted standard.<br>- it is seen in most activities.<br>- since we cant control it a certain range of deviation must be accepted.<br>2 METHODS - to know range<br>1. critical point control<br>- Control KRAs<br>- if there is a problem in a KRA - huge impact on company.<br>2. Control by exception<br>- improve only on the areas that aren't performing well<br>- otherwise, waste of time and effort.<br>ONLY IF THERE IS A HUGE DEVIATION = ANALYSIS<br>5.Taking Corrective Actions<br>-remedial actions are to be taken to prevent glitches and delays in the future.<br>- changes in machinery, supervision and training are examples.<br><br></div>]]></description>
