  1. My cluster should react with integral, professional and effective portrayal of the subject during a national security crisis.
  2. My cluster interacts with other clusters by reaching out seeking truth and valid utilizable opinion from multiple sources. 
  3. Obstacles to communication with other clusters is possible - for example, the intelligence and diplomacy clusters may have contrasting results on the crisis. The media then has to find a balance or venture towards another cluster for more conclusive data.
