Only children have seemed to be affected by the outbreak/ virus. Those children that have survived the virus have been taken to a prison. The prison that they were taken to is specifically made for keeping them and their special abilities under control. Children who haven't even lived half a life are treated so inhumanely. Actions brought forth from the government not one hundred percent necessary but action was taken. Taken very quickly and before you knew it all of those survivors were imprisoned. The children capture plot their escape and are out and on the run. With their non mastered abilities and low survivalist skills it shouldn't be long until they are killed or re captured.
