The muffins were well presented,it had a crispy look to it,chocolate chips could be seen.
It had a strong chocolate aroma with it andIt tasted fluffy and dry.Strong chocolate could be tasted and it wasn't too sweet.It had a strong chocolate aroma with it.The chocolate chips melted inside giving it more chocolate flavour
It was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Sensory Evaluation of Spaghetti Bolognese
The pasta looked neat,the sauce was in red and it looked creamy and a little dry..
The sauce was thick and everything tasted good when combined.However the chicken lacked seasoning but the capsicum was sweet.

It was moist and had a crispy outer shell on the top of the muffin. Some of the chocolate chips were visible and it was slightly dry in the center, the muffin looks very appetizing as it is in a chocolate dark brown colour.

spaghetti evaluation: The spaghetti was well presented and garnished   but had very little sauce. The noodles were fully cooked and was in a very bright yellow colour. The chicken was in a pale white colour indicating it was fully cooked, it was tender and well marinated. The onion and capsicum added colour to the dish and helps it look more appetizing and finished. Taste: The muffin had a chocolate taste that is very rich and flavourful and not too sweet.
Texture: The muffin's top layer is slightly crispy and charred and inner part of the muffin is spongy and dry.
Sensory Evaluation of Spaghetti Bolognese:
Appearance: The spaghetti and ingredient looks fully cooked and red but the sauce is slightly moist. The spaghetti has different types of vegetable, the vegetable makes it looks colourful and appealing to eat.
Taste: The food was matched together perfectly, the pasta is sweet as there is tomato sauce, capsicum, onion and have some garlic fragrance.

It also had a very appealing aroma when it came out of the oven. When I bit into it, it had a soft and spongey texture and was easy consume. It wasn't too sweet but it wasn't that bitter too. The taste was just right.

Spaghetti Evaluation - The dish's appearance looked very appealing and very appetising. The pasta was cooked just right with it being al dente. The sauce was also just right with it not being too thick or too saucy. The sauce also tasted amazing without overpowering the dish so that you could still taste the rest of the ingredients. The chicken was very slightly undercooked with the middle being abit hard. The vegetables were also a very good addition as it made the dish sweeter with the onions and more appetising and appealing to both eat and see. The capsicum was also just right with it not being too sweet. It also gave a really nice crunch to the spaghetti.
