- We will need to find a farm that we can hold our event on. The farm must have indoor and outdoor access. We can use the farm of one of the group members relative.

- Farm animals that can be fed. We could ask local farms to bring their animals to our event. We could also use some of the animals that are already on the farm. The animals that we will need at our event are sheep, pigs, horses, chickens, cows and dogs.

- We will need to buy the correct food for the sheep, pigs and horses for the people to feed the animals.

- We will need access to running water. We will also need to buy 2-3 packs of sponges that we can use to wash the pigs.

- Craft Materials, such as paint and pens. We will also need paper and colouring pictures. We can buy these from any arts and crafts shop

- 25 Volunteers to help us run the event. To do this we could advertise on Facebook or ask friends and family.

- Hire a climbing wall for an hour.

Dduallt Farm located in Ynysybwl  as it has adequate room for activities inside and outside. 

M - The goal is achievable 

tickets will be sold at £5.00 with activities from he price of £1.00 £6.00. Measure success by how many people show up.  

A - with 25 volunteers to help run the event. and companies volunteering to prepare foods. 
to raise the money we will be bag packing. to help with the cost of the event. 

R - animal based and for all ages. the time is right as it is not close to any events such as Christmas. 

T - The event should take place in around 6 weeks from now.  The animal shelter should be doing better after the money we have raised from the event.

14:30- 15:00- Animal Climbing Wall £2.50
