This is a metaphor because its not literal its something made up. He makes it sound like that because hes been threw a lot of losing and has done his time and now hes a winner after all the hard work he has put in .

"We are the champions of the world"
This is a hyperbole because its exaggerating that they all are champions of the WORLD. He makes it sound like this because he feels so proud about what he accomplished. 

"Ive had my share of sand kicked in my face"
This is a idiom because its not literal he didn't get sand kicked in his face.  He is saying that hes done his time on the ground now hes on top of everyone now and hes a champion.

"No pleasure cruise I consider it a challenge before The whole human race and I ain't gonna lose"
This is rhyme it makes the song sound better and it keeps flowing.
