life, particularly on turtles, which often mistake trash for food.

and game mechanics, followed by user testing.

Assim, unimos tecnologia e educação para mostrar às crianças e jovens que cada atitude

Chimamanda, in “The danger of a single story”, shows how to look at the world from only one version limits our understanding of reality. This thought also applies to the environment: we often see the ocean only as a place of leisure or tourism, but we forget its importance for marine life and the balance of the planet. It was from this idea that the “Adventures in the Ocean” project emerged. Our objective is expand this vision and awaken environmental awareness in a playful and educational way. We thought, on the Scratch platform, a game in which the player controls a turtle marine, divert plastics, collect clean seaweed, and answer questions about preservation. Thus, we combine technology and education to show children and young people that every attitude makes a difference and that we all have an important role in building a future more sustainable.
