Thankfully after so many years of England sending settlers we have learned from the mistakes of the past and set forth to the future of this new colony. Ever since we got to plymouth my friends have been dying left and right, there are hardly any of us left, We cannot farm tobacco or any other crop though. We have though befriended some indians and, they have helped to provide us food and in exchange we helped them to defeat an enemy tribe. After a while we decided to have a great feast to honor the friendship we have made. I did though heer of a few people who called them dumb and uncivilized because the had no beliefs. The ship was a nightmare-literally.  On one of the days the crew of about 100, saw the kraken. the legendary beast seemed to be absorbing some creature with eight swarming hands. not to mention when we sprung aleake on the boat about thirty days later twenty of us passed out ten whimpered forty prayed for us to survive and the others all helped even though after a while someone punched another person and the crack widened after that the were tied to the mast during a storm even though they survived they made a silent agreement with us to keep this quite. 

Ps. we fixed the leak.

When we harvested them in the fall we had a big feast called Thanksgiving. It was delicious. You should come and visit.

I have learned so many new things here as a colonist at the Plymouth Colony! Now in the 1600's we traveled to America in search of a new life on 2 ships, the Speedwell and the Mayflower. The voyage across the Atlantic Ocean was long and difficult. We ran out of fresh water and many people became sick. Storms hit the ship very hard causing one of the main beams to crack. Unfortunately 2 people died during the voyage. After two long months at sea, we finally reached land. When we arrived in America, we searched the coast of New England for a place to build a settlement. We then found a location, Plymouth. It has a calm harbor for our ships, a river for fresh water, and flat lands where we can plant crops. Here we built our village and established the Plymouth Colony!
