RAFT stands for Role Audience Format and Topic - EVerythign revolves arounda  topic and students have to hand in something that relates to what they are doing so for an activity where the role play was that of a travel agent and a customer,  I have the format = item to turn in to me be not a script, but an itinerary or a brochure detailing the trip they have planned.
