         <description><![CDATA[<div>The governing body of Germany sees the most importance in taking care of their citizens. The government insures all citizens of Germany are covered with health insurance. Germany has what they call sickness funds which are funded by the government and taxes deducted from your pay. These funds make sure to take care of any German citizen in a time of need, they have well over 100 sickness funds for any time of illness. </div>]]></description>
