I'd choose to make Art optional. Even though I appreciate creativity, forcing students to take structured art classes might actually discourage artistic expression. Those passionate about art would still take it, while others could explore different forms of creativity.

I would make Math optional because I feel like not everyone gets math & it could be overly hard to understand as different learners.

I personally would make learning a language optional like how are forced to take at least 2 year courses of Spanish or French is unfair not everyone wishes to learn a different language also it may be harder for some people then others

Science, because the things that we learn don’t really help us out with real world problems or situations. I believe it should be a class selected for people who want to have a job that has something to do with science.
