Here in Quincy we do things a little differently than in Germany. We have a large selection of types of cereals. In Quincy the name brand mainly sells the most, and Cheerios is the most popular name brand. Corn puffs sell the least. Ben professes that he does not like to eat breakfast. Nora swears by Lucky Charms and Clayton prefers Reese's Puffs.

Eating cold cereal is typical for Americans. According to an ABC POLL (http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/PollVault/story?id=762685) 31% of Americans who do eat breakfast, eat cold cereal.

For their 2014 GAPP Project, Quincy Notre Dame Students looked at a local grocery store. They surveyed several different departments to determine price points and customer preference. The data they collected gives an interesting view of how an American grocery store is run and what the American consumer is willing to purchase.
