Hi! I’m а creative director and brand namer whose superpower is to craft big senses and transform them into big brands. My creative juices are also fired up as a lead of department of a verbal communications. The sky's the limit for me in extracting essential oils from the plant of your business - in words, sounds, stories, images. 

Falling back on over 17 years of local and international branding, naming and marketing experience, I’m deeply committed to maintaining your brand health as a holistic brand doctor energizing it with high vibrations and values: love, gratitude, compassion, kindness, empathy etc. 

What makes me tremendously unique as a specialist, that I achieve the right balance between thinking, creating and, importantly, managing a tight-knit legendary team of 25 creatives and strategists, copywriters and designers. Fire. Not only am I extremely passionate about my work and genuinely inspired by new goals, but also transfer my inspiration to the client to catch fire in game-changing branding process. I’m fascinated by opportunity to encourage people and companies to carry out their mission. 

Earth. The language of brand names and images is metaphoric, notwithstanding I’m inclined to make it tangible — real, active, alive. How on Earth should we get under the skin of the brand, the market and the target audience? Only by grounding with plausible projects and feasible results.

Air. The thing that I believe passionately is that all communications between creator and client are bound to be a breath of fresh air – flexible, soothing, reassuring. Establishing close and harmonious relationships with clients is one of the priorities of my approach. 

Water. While working on your project my team and I go deeper and deeper in the  peculiarities to distil pure brand’s story that would be not only stand out, but also impress and transform. So come on in, the water's fine! 

Today, nothing changed much. I still love getting to grips with numbers and complex data while studying at the Belarusian State University. Alongside a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I have also studied Machine Learning at the MADE Big Data Academy by National University of Science and Technology. There, I majored in Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning and Graph Machine Learning.

When I’m not studying Data Science and Machine Learning, I love cycling and enjoying the scenery, feeling the natural winds.

I’m sure you’ve heard many times from other people that they are hardworking and creative, and my case isn’t an exception. So, I’m best known for the ability to work diligently and achieve any business goals, even the most complicated ones, among my coworkers and friends. You wouldn’t be able to detect that I’m a natural manager and, moreover, an innate team player in an interview, but if we worked together on a project for 3 months, it’d be clear. 

Every time I receive a new task, I, first of all, analyze it and, then, commence doing it. Having a handful of tasks at once doesn’t make me unsettling and ever inspires me to complete them in the most efficient way. The more sophisticated a task is, the more time and effort I devote to it. By the way, you may wonder how perfectly I prioritize tasks.
