Para lograrlo es necesario desarrollar sus capacidades a través de la educación y formar espacios intergeneracionales en donde puedan validad sus ideas con la experiencia de otros lideres. Apoyar sus iniciativas para que pase de la idea a la acción, promoviendo que se vuelvan actores en la toma de decisiones importantes.
