This online picture has relevance to my topic which is Mediation, one of the alternative dispute resolution. On this topic, it discusses how a plaintiff and a defendant resolve their issues without bringing them to a litigation process but instead, they need a mediator to facilitate and help them resolve their conflicts in a peaceful and professional way.

What are neighbours for?

I used this link as my case. The mediation process motivated me to study as it showed how the preliminary hearing was conducted prior to meeting with the mediators. In this video, the mediation is planned accordingly and it was done in a friendly and diplomatic way. Both parties were cooperatively working together f.or their own benefits.

This link or video is another example of my topic which is ADR- Mediation. While watching this video, I have a better understanding of mediation. Mediation can be done in many cases or any form of dispute that does not involve criminally.

The content of the link is about a tenant and landlord dispute. The Landlord is urging her tenant to pay for his rent. He has been her tenant for 5 years but unfortunately, he can not pay her anymore because he has no job but in the end, he decided to sell his mother's jewelry pay out his rent and other fees.

This information is from the government of Canada website. It is an informative article that supports one's knowledge of mediation procedures. It discusses the mediation process, the role of each party in a mediation like before, during, and after. It also presents the dos and don'ts of a mediator's outlook on issues for both parties.
