I used this link as my case. The mediation process motivated me to study as it showed how the preliminary hearing was conducted prior to meeting with the mediators. In this video, the mediation is planned accordingly and it was done in a friendly and diplomatic way. Both parties were cooperatively working together f.or their own benefits.

This link or video is another example of my topic which is ADR- Mediation. While watching this video, I have a better understanding of mediation. Mediation can be done in many cases or any form of dispute that does not involve criminally.
