Several questions should be asked before referencing the work, one idea is agenda. If using newspapers, one must be mindful of the agendas it takes, what political motivation does it have, does the paper lean to the left or right. Does it involve monetary gain, what type of content does it have in the sponsered links section, would it want to appease a group of readers.
