I don´t agree beacause i think it would be a waste of time and not useful for a lot of people that are struggling to make ends meet. If history was compulsory, it would make life a lot boring.

I couldn't agree more with this statement, since, in my opinion, history is a key subject that everyone should be taught. I definitely agree with this statement, once we finish the secondary school at eighteen, you should have learned enough history for the rest of the life.

However, I think it is very important to study history at least up to the age of 16.

I am not too sure about that. I think that althought history can be boring and a subject that is not really dynamical, it is important to know what has happened in the past and also in the present. A person over the age of eighteen should know the problems that came across our world and the problems that might appear in the feature.

Even though a lot of students feel like history is boring, i agree with the statement. Imagine if history was optional, and some kids that don't like history make the same mistakes pople did in the past. History can be a bit boring, but it is essential for making future decisions. Yes, i agree because History it is something very important that all people needs to know about, and i think it is also more important to learn history about your country but i don´t think it is very useful to study history with too much details because there are some things that teacher teach you that are useless and you only learn it for the exam. I think that the statement is really accurate, despite I don´t enjoy studying this subject because I find it boring, I reckon it is useful for people to know the most important events that makes us the society we are nowadays and avoiding the repetition of past mistakes.
