Gaya - have TESL lecturers focused on teaching Aptis prep only during short Sem with the students. We can do 4-8 hrs a week. 1 or 2 hrs for every skill.

For 2021 and 2022 intake, we have LS learning support ( 2 hours per week). The hours are stated in jadual waktu.Each of the lecturer will take 5 students since we only have 50 students and most of the time is drilling method.

For Speaking skills, a recording of conversation or dialogues read@spoken with correct pronunciation and intonation.

At present, we have only 4 EL lecturers, 44 students (Jun 2021) and 16 final year students (Jun 2020). Apart from teaching TESL courses and practicum at the same time, we decided that the extra classes for Aptis be included in our Personal timetable. So each lecturer will be allocated 2 hours, therefore 8 interaction hours for Aptis classes based on the 4 language skills.

We have been using the APTIS materials (5 skills) produced by ELTC. Two hours of APTIS practice allocated in stidents' time table. Lecturers have to familiarize students with the test format and continuously guide students. Besides that have to encourage students to take initiative to improve through extra reading, L&S, etc.

We are providing our 44 students with 6 hours per week of APTIS class. The hours are allocated in the time table. Three lecturers have been assigned to teach one class. There are six of us at present. We do drilling on the APTIS question during the class.
