         <description><![CDATA[<p>Zaire which it was now called Democratic Republic of Congo. had just went through a civil war which caused over 6 million deaths. this war began in the wake of the Rwandan  genocide and right after this war in 1998 the Democratic republic of Congo started another war which is called the second Congo War and it mostly happened because of Congo blaming Rwanda for the Crisis in Africa. Also known as Africa's world war it caused many citizens to flee to other countries such as Zambia and other neighbor countries.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Zambia at that time was one of the only countries in Africa with opportunities such as jobs and education but unfortunately with strict immigration laws which were basically if you are not a citizen you will get sent to other country and for mostly of the refugees that was a big problem because some of them their home country which was now in the civil war did not allow them to have a dual citizenship at that time mostly because of the second Congo war which it only ended in 2003 which it also means that most of the refugees had to stay illegal in Zambia</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
